What I've Learned in 34 Years

1. You're going to lose friends, quite a lot of them, as you evolve to the highest version of yourself.

2. You are going to meet new people who are meant to help you find your real path.

3. The Universe responds to the vibration and frequency that you put out.

4. You can go back to the same places you prayed out of if there are lessons that you have to re-learn.

5. You always get to set the tone of your day.

6. You can re-program your own brain.

7. Learning shouldn't stop once you graduate from school/university.

8. Meditation is like a shower for our mind.

9. It's better to focus more on your strengths than to beat yourself up working on your weaknesses.

10. Your environment - working space, sleeping area and living area - would have a great impact in how you live your daily life.

11. An introvert's idea of fun is totally different from an extrovert's idea of fun.

12. Being hyper-active does not necessarily mean you're being productive.

13. It is possible to quit soda for good.

14. You're not going to die if you don't eat ice cream for one year.

15. You have to avoid or eliminate the triggers that draw you back to your bad habits.

16. You can manifest absolutely anything you want once you eliminate fear and keep your faith strong.

17. You have to figure out a way to have multiple streams of income if you want to be financially free.

18. Getting out of debt is the first step to financial freedom.

19. Investing is better than saving.

20. You have to make time for rest and recreation - they are key components to your success, too.

21. Planning is good but it's all in vain if there's no action.

22. Habit stacking is a surefire way to get things done.

23. There's only so much you can learn from school. Self-education will get you further in life.

24. The things you do outside your 9-to-5 job would have a huge impact in your future.

25. Always have your business card ready. You never know who you're going to meet when you step outside.

26. Starting your day with positive affirmations is a gamechanger!

27. For the love of God, move!

28. Most people nowadays die at a very young age, prioritize your health. Use your leave credits at work to recharge your dwindling energy. You don't have to wait until you're actually sick.

29. Grounding is a great way to protect your aura/energy.

30. You have to unlearn quite a lot of things that the society instilled in your mind from a very young age.

31. Detachment from anything that is no longer useful is essential to your soul's evolution.

32. If you are trying to replace your bad habits with good ones, rewarding yourself for making progress would make the new (good) habits stick with you for a long time.

33. It takes creativity to make money.

34. Everything is going to be alright! (Borrowed quote from Taylor Swift!)

    1. Hi there, Pink Pensieve.
How are you doing? Thanks for sharing.
I especially like nos. 27 & 31. The longer I stay here on earth, the more I pay attention to life after death because heaven and earth will pass away. I hope that many will realize this while they are still strong. Mery IB ^^
