LSS : AI KOTOBA (あいことば) by My First Story

It's been a while since I posted something about the music/songs I've been listening to! So, today, I would like to share the song that's been playing non-stop on my phone these days! 

It's AI KOTOBA (あいことば) by My First Story!!! 

My First Story is a rock band from Shibuya, Japan. I became a fan after I've listened to the live version of their song Home sometime in 2018. This band was formed in 2011. I can't tell you how much I regret the last seven years that I've spent not listening to them. 

I love all the band members, but I love Hiroki Moriuchi the most! Does his name ring any bells? Yeah? That's because he's got the same last name as Takahiro from One OK Rock. Well, they're brothers after all. Both of their parents are in the music industry as well, so, I think it's pretty obvious where they got their musical talent.

Anyway, My First Story's music genre falls under alternative rock/metal which suits Hiroki's powerful voice so much that sometimes, my days seem incomplete when I can't hear him growling! Their new album though has a slightly different vibe. The first song that I've heard from their new album was (ハイエナ) Hyena. When I listened to it, I don't know why but I instantly felt like it could be an awesome anime ending theme song. (Hopefully for Fruits Basket!)  I've listened to that non-stop as well last month. But now, I'm more obsessed with Ai kotoba. It's got all the feels that you've been desperately trying to hide and push in the back of your mind, but then the chorus hits and all I really want to do is stay in bed for days with minimal movements as I listen to this song! That sounds like an exaggeration, but that's how I really feel, especially when I'm obsessed with a new song.
